"Get My Kid a Great Job" Seminars

Education was at the heart of the formation of Working Men's Clubs in the early 19th century. So it was great to be part of that tradition, delivering training last night at Daventry WMC to help local young find people find a great job. Last night's event brought to a close a week of seminars that took me across the County from Kettering to Towcester, Duston and Daventry. I met lots talented young people, and plenty of parents who are trying to support them as they start their careers.

A particular highlight for me was the young man who wants to be an accountant and had walked over 3 miles on Monday night to get to the seminar....and was then the last to leave. Something tells me he's gonna do just fine.
