My Great First Job has been awarded a grant of £5,000 by Northampton Community Foundation through the #iwill youth social action fund.

Our project will create ‘Great First Job Ambassadors’ who will be working with young, local videographers/photographers camera 📸 to create content that supports young people who are starting to tread the career-path just behind them. The Ambassadors will also speak 📢 about their personal career journeys at our free careers events. Young people, working with young people, to support even more young people!

In addition, the ‘Great First Job Ambassadors’ themselves will be supported by personal development sessions and inspirational opportunities, to help them reach even higher and achieve their potential.
