☀️ On the hottest day of the year so far, Dale had the pleasure of delivering a session on Personal Branding to Year 12 students at E-ACT Ousedale School School in Newport Pagnell.

The focus? Helping students think about what they can do this summer to strengthen 💪 their university or degree apprenticeship applications.

What really stood out for Dale was the number of students who stayed behind afterwards to chat about things that could help their applications stand out for specific careers.

It’s was so encouraging to see that level of personal commitment, especially as we were all sweltering 🥵.

A personal highlight for Dale was hearing about Daniel Bourner, a student from the school who My Geat First Job supported last year, who has now secured his Degree Apprenticeship and is ready to start in September. Huge congratulations to him!
