Founder
Dale has been helping young people find their great first job for over 30 years. His youth recruitment and training company, founded in 1989 launched the careers of over 6000 young people. He's now using all of that experience to help the next generation of young adults achieve their career goals.

William Deegan
Partner
For over 25 years, William has been providing business consultancy services to some of the UKs largest companies – British Gas, Royal Bank of Scotland, AA, AkzoNobel, HomeServe to name a few. He's now bringing his wealth of experience to help the next generation of young adults to achieve their career goals.

Ben Deegan
Lead Graphic Designer
Ben has worked in graphic design for over 6 years, more recently entering the motion graphics space. He works behind the scenes on great videos and graphics, to help inspire the next generation as they chose their career path.

Hannah Needham
Marketing Lead
Hannah has worked in marketing for over 6 years, working within science, pharmaceutical, healthcare, construction and education industries. Her goal is to allow My Great First Job to help as many young people as possible.
