We are really pleased to again be running Project 13 – 🎓 Degree Apprenticeship Application Sessions, in 9 state schools across Bedfordshire this Autumn.

The workshops are fully funded for the schools by Aspire Higher, helping more students understand that there are multiple routes into higher-level careers. Huge thanks to Paula Page and Colleen Galley for their support.

We’ll start with a presentation to each school's Year 13 assembly, introducing Higher and Degree Apprenticeships....making sure these pathways are on everyone’s radar.

We’ll then work with a much smaller group of students who are planning to apply for these opportunities... and several of these will applying to university as well.

The workshops will cover:

👩‍💻 How to Write a Great First CV

💪 How to Develop a Strong Personal Brand

🔗 LinkedIn for Students

👊 How to Absolutely Smash Your Interview

We are really looking forward to working with a new group of students, helping them develop the skills, confidence and personal brand they need to compete for opportunities with world-class employers. And as always I'll learn a tonne of stuff from them too!

Dale's photo is taken outside Queensbury Academy in Dunstable, one of the participating schools.....and one where we’ve already got the sessions booked in thanks to the super-keen Paul Yarnell! Can’t wait to be back! 😄
