From Year 13 to Dream Role

This time last year, Yanis Balan was studying for his A Levels and exploring alternatives to full-time university, with the support of My Great First Job and our Higher/Degree Apprenticeship mentoring programme - Project 13.
Fast forward to today - he's a Digital Tech Degree Apprentice at Ricoh UK, and in his own words, he’s "living what was my dream in Year 13."
Not only is Yanis thriving in his new career, but he's already giving back. 👏👏
He recently joined us at a Project 13 co-working event, sharing his journey and inspiring the next wave of 6th Formers.....those just one year behind him, who are now treading a similar path.
We can’t wait to celebrate more incredible success stories from this year’s Project 13 cohort, as interviews and assessment centres turn into offers... and dreams start to become reality. 😃
