👏 Huge congratulations to Kim, one of the standout young people from our online group mentoring programme, on securing a Degree Apprenticeship in Project Management!
Throughout the programme, Kimberley Ellis brought energy, curiosity, and commitment to every stage of the application journey.
We had the pleasure of supporting Kim as she:

💪 Prepared hard for her interviews
📣 Practised and refined a key presentation she was asked to deliver
Kim is a brilliant example of what it looks like when a student brings their
'A' game and positivity to the process.
Her LinkedIn posts documenting her work experiences were so impressive, we've since shared them as examples to inspire others!! 👏
Kim also joined the Association for Project Management as a student member…..an excellent move that really strengthened her personal brand and application.

“I would 100% recommend taking part in this Degree Apprenticeship Mentoring Programme to anyone who thinks the apprenticeship route is the one they want to take. It helped guide me through all the stages you would face in an application and taught me very valuable lessons that I will take with me into my future career.
I am very grateful for being taught everything as it helps clarify all the details you don’t know you need until you have them!
Dale was able to help me prepare for my assessment centre by checking my interview notes and helping me put together my presentation. I couldn’t have done it without him and I am incredibly grateful for the outcome I received.”
Kim was a member of our online mentoring programme and then it turned out we were actually going to be running some sessions at her school, Kimberley 16-19 STEM College, so it was great to meet her in-person too!
