INTENSIVE YOUTH CAREER MENTORING
Looking for your great job right now and need a little extra push to get there?
Our Intensive Career Mentoring Programme is here to kickstart your career journey. Although it's only a one-off payment, our support doesn't stop until you've bagged that great first job!
What's included?
We'll catch up online, once a week, for 10 x 45-minute sessions. But, it may be more often if you have interviews to prepare for.
Together, we'll:

Spruce up your CV so it's your golden ticket to the interview room.

Spot the jobs you should be applying for.

Tackle application forms, craft impressive cover letters, and handle whatever else the employer throws at you.

Amp up your personal branding so your application shines bright.

We'll help you to reach out to your dream employers who aren't hiring yet, and persuade them to meet YOU!

And when those interviews roll around, we'll make sure you're feeling confident and ready to smash it!
This programme is intense and is intended for people looking to start work/change career within the next 3 months (or shorter) and who will also invest at least an hour in between sessions.

CAREER STARTER MONTHLY MENTORING PROGRAMME
In Year 12 or 13 and starting to think about University or Degree Apprenticeship Applications?
Fortnightly group mentoring sessions combined with 1-2-1 feedback meetings means that life after 6th Form or College is always on the radar, and that work is regularly being done to get you 'career ready.'
What's included?

CV WRITING - We will work together to create a CV that will get you 'into the room' - whether that's the interview room, onto a work experience placement or to have a meeting with an industry professional

PERSONAL BRANDING - We'll look at the opportunities to add value onto your CV that employers (and universities!) will love. Free courses, Insight Sessions, Organisations to join and a whole bunch more

LINKEDIN - We will show you how to put together a profile that will really enhance your personal brand. We'll share tips on what to post and how to develop your network.

COVER LETTERS - We're betting you haven't written a letter for ages (years?) and now the job application needs a 'cover letter'! Don't panic.....we've got you!
The Career Starter Monthly Mentoring Programme lasts for 4 months and costs £75 a month.
