What a fantastic way to round off a super-busy Spring Term 🙌

Recently, Dale had the pleasure of working with year 12 and 13 students at Springwood Sixth Form in King’s Lynn.

We kicked off the day with a session on How to Smash 👊 Your Interview.

Huge thanks to Alfie B. for getting fully involved!

We loaded him up with all the skills he’s been developing in his part-time role at McDonald's 🍟.

These real-world experiences are exactly what will help him stand out and absolutely smash his mechanical engineering interviews.

After lunch, we changed direction and spent the afternoon diving into LinkedIn ...exploring the benefits of the platform and getting students’ profiles looking sharp, professional, and optimised for success.

What really stood out to me was the energy in the room 💥

Let’s be honest…. the last afternoon of the last day of a loooong term isn’t always the easiest slot! But these students were engaged, positive, and genuinely enthusiastic to learn

It made for such an uplifting end to the term 😊

It was also great to reconnect with students who remembered content from the online sessions Dale delivered back in October on 'Finding Great Work Experience Opportunities' and 'Personal Branding' – always brilliant to hear the learning stick.

Massive thanks to Jess Cuss and Nicola Thompson for making the day happen.
