Project 13 - Making an Impact!!

Last week was an 🛣️ M1 Junction 13 week for Dale, as Project 13 started making an impact in 3 of Bedford’s Secondary Schools.

But what is Project 13?

Project 13 is a Higher and Degree Apprenticeship 🎓 Application Mentoring Programme running in 20 schools across Northamptonshire and Bedfordshire….with support from Uni Connect organisation Aspire Higher.

The programme has been running for 3 years in Bedfordshire and it’s been great for My Great First Job to go back into schools and hear about the successes of participants from last year.

This week was a double session - ‘How To Develop Your Personal Brand’ and ‘How To Absolutely SMASH Your Interview”

🏫 Mark Rutherford School and Biddenham International School & Sports College

Project 13 launched in both schools with an assembly to 6th Formers on Degree Apprenticeships 🎓 and then we got to work for a couple of hours on crafting CVs that will get them into the interview room.

And it went really well,
